Sharing Some Good News (I think)

Zaydee and Asher competed in a swim last Saturday against six other teams. He took first place in all events and got a trophy. He is becoming a great swimmer but I would like him to be more humble. Meanwhile I have Zaydee who is also swimming well but just not taking first place. She is having a hard time watching his success. Any advice on dealing with this one?
